2025 Dr. Edge 'Tasmania' Pinot Noir - Barrique Matured (750ml) Screw Cap

Dr. Edge Tasmania Pinot Noir is a blend of Derwent Valley (60%) and Tamar Valley (40%) fruit. All manner of whole cluster inclusion and partial carbonic maceration occurs across each parcel in the fermenters. After wild yeast has its way, the fermented grapes are pressed to old oak barriques to lay low for 9 months before bottling without the use of any fining agents.
