2025 Dr. Edge 'Tasmania' Chardonnay - Barrique Matured (750ml) Screw Cap

Dr. Edge Tasmania Chardonnay is a blend of  Derwent Valley (70%), Tamar Valley (20%) and East Coast (10%) fruit. Pressed to old oak barriques, the juice is fermented naturally, matured for 9 months on lees with some barriques containing small amounts of whole Chardonnay clusters.
