2015 Dr. Edge 'Tasmania' Pinot Noir is a blend of Derwent Valley (70%) and Tamar Valley (30%) fruit. All manner of whole cluster inclusion, hand stomped, foot stomped and bum stomped maceration occurs across each parcel before blending to the Dr's house style.
