2023 Dr. Edge 'Meunling' (750ml)

Dr Edge Meunling is a co-ferment melange of  Derwent Valley Pinot Meunier on skins and Coal River Valley Riesling juice. Fermented together for 5 days and pressed to steel tanks to finish ferment, this wine is heavier than a Rose' and lighter than a red wine. Bottled without filtration or fining - this cool red is best served chilled.
